  2. Here are the results for this week's Northern Kentucky Regional basketball pick'em contest. Cumulative results will be posted in a day or so. The NKY Contest is sponsored by Joe Lay & Sons Plumbing. Joe Lay & Sons are proud sponsors of all NKY high school basketball teams. For all of your plumbing needs please contact Joe Lay & Sons at: Joe Lay & Sons Plumbing in Northern Kentucky and Southern Ohio As always, the results won't be final for 24 hours. All contestants should use that time to check their score for errors. After that time period has passed, the contest is final and the winner should use the following link to claim the prize of choice. If you think your score is incorrect, please send me a PM and I will look into your claim. Winners click HERE to claim your prize. Results of the games in this week's contest: Augusta 80 Bracken County 65 Highlands 70 Lloyd Memorial 62 Campbell County 69 Cooper 53 Silver Grove 63 Covington Latin 52 Scott 61 Bishop Brossart 60 August 27, 1883 - Krakatoa erupts. Those catastrophes PALE in comparison to the dismal scoring in this week's contest. 21 entries. 4 managed to scrape double figures (you do the math). Two scores of zero. Zip. Nada. For our futbol-following friends - nil. Sad. We needed a first-time player to enter the contest and garner the victory - hollow as it may be given the competition. Congratulations to AirYardGo this week on the victory with a score of 15. Congratulations, Mister Kroger. You're at the top of the Delta pledge class. Here are the pathetic scores of this week's entries: AirYardGo 15 ballhog 14 (nearly a three-peat) All State Baseball 13 Randy Parker 10 TAC 9 polarbear98 9 dmh115 8 Can'tcoach 7 The Professor 7 silo11 6 NEERFAN 5 Median score this week was 5. I wish you good luck next week. It won't take much.
