Boone was off Thursday, game Thursday night, school cancelled for Friday with no additional bad weather. I agree with Guru on this one.

Wow. How can the KHSAA just throw that out there at ya plantman. They already made a tough call (and probably the right call) on postponing the high school state tourney, no reason to try to put unnecessary blame on another group.

Middle school state wrestling championships? I'm glad the state tournament is postponed. Hopefully the wrestlers will be prepared a couple weeks from now.

So is your latest poll just based on the last week of games or on the year as a whole? I always thought it was based on work done year to date. If its the last week, then I agree. If its for the whole year, then I like the top 6 how you have them listed above.

Thanks for the write up. Lot of moving and shaking going on at the top. I'm not sure about dropping CCH all the way down to #3 after 1 loss. But it makes for good conversation.

Wonder if the weather will impact things? Some schools probably can't practice this week, or practice much. Might some teams not even make it to the tournament? I think some schools don't let the teams go on their busses if school is cancelled and they are not allowed to go unless they go on the bus.

Highlands wins over St.Henry 44-42. St.Henry was up 42-38 with around a min left. Congrats to Highlands on the win.

He was at the St.Henry game. I talked to him a while. Nice guy. Said he looked at the schedule and it had it listed as Dixie at Home and he went there and then went to Holmes looking for that game. Didn't know the games were at the BOKC.

Any upsets tonight? 170 should be interesting tomorrow with sowder and woolf.

St.Henry has no Freshman that play up. Cooper also has McNeil and Runion who I don't think play on the Freshman team. Seems like Simon Kenton had some big kids that do not play on their Freshman team.

I knew who you would have a picture of before I even looked. See him at a lot of St.Henry games (and other games).

I was getting ready to post the same link in the wrestling "regionals" thread. I'll have to reread the article as I thought he was going to wrestle in Chattanooga Tn next year in college. Unless he is banned from being around his team, I'd think he would be there supporting his team at regionals and state. Everything I've read/heard the family is a class act.

I would suggest the Wrestling regionals at Cooper. (Hey…I like looking at the pictures you take)
