Does any of them still do the draw? If so, why?

 

IMO: get rid of the draw completely as it is a disgrace as it can reward a bad team that doesn't deserve to get to the regional tourney.

I for one am glad to hear this and feel the KHSAA needs to step in and make it mandatory for all districts to seed.
