Southern definitely has fire power with Rose, Hudson, Nobbe and Couple Big guys that can play. I can see the interest in wanting to coach those guys.

Cooper lives just west down 52 in GC and lost a few athletes. Would he be interested?

BG should keep it close 1st half. Boyle is on different level with former Lion star Quisenberry. He is best skill athlete on the field for Rebels. Threat to score from anywhere. 42-21 Boyle

I have not seen Bell play this year but I do know what Dudley brings to the table. Have seen Lincoln play and I do not see LC playing with the Bobcats. 35-14 Bell.

Both teams have big play potential but I will say big defensive stops will be key in this game. I think its a close game.....going with Corbin at home 24-21.

Boyle is rolling and without some key guys. They have IMO pound for pound the best athlete in central KY in Quisenberry. Dude is legit and Rebels won’t be challenged until playoffs and maybe not then. Boyle running clock midway through 2nd quarter.

I must say Quisenberry is the most explosive athlete I have seen other than Wandale Robinson. Kid is absolute game changer. His ability to make people miss maybe the best I have ever seen and he also is a defensive machine. Every time he touches the ball it’s an ESPN highlight.

This will be a chance for Somerset to show some improvement. Beechwood is rolling and hopefully the Bunnies can compete and keep it somewhat interesting. Lace them up tight!

Ads are getting better but the leadership factor and discipline is just not at the level we need to compete with higher tier teams like Boyle. If the Ads can limit stupid penalties and get along I think we make it interesting for a half. Should be some good matchups in this one.

I hope someone can get the ship in the right direction for Danville. Plenty of room for improvement and a good season.

Ads need to improve overall but especially the OL/DL. They definitely need to condition, condition and condition. Lineman don’t stay with blocking assignments after step or two. Defensively they are decent up front but get tired quickly. I agree they need to find somebody that can throw the ball. How about the water boys? Lol they have weapons at receiver just gotta get the ball to them. That being said Lions just can’t catch Brown. Danville 35 Lions 21

Big news for Ads as Barnes is a utility guy that can play inside or out. Happy he is onboard love his aggressive hard nose attitude.

At least they will start with a familiar face at the helm. Wishing them luck this season. They usually have some decent numbers for a small school.

Burgin is a team I pull for every year. The players are hungry and play hard. Lets hope they find someone who wants to build a program.

Cooper has what he wants now with Ethan in the spotlight. We will see how they compete this year.

Couple summer games I have seen Barnes has not been on the bench.

I think Ads would have to get better up front to even think about playing Boyle. Rebels seem to be adding to already talented team and will be a machine. Overall Ads just can’t compete.

This is a good opportunity for someone to step in and build a program. Willoughby is a tough body in the middle and Goode, Randolph and Brown will be year older and stronger. Hearing Casey has some good young guys coming up in the system.

Good Luck to this young man! His talents are phenomenal both academic and athletic. Good move for his future and family.

Lincoln will travel back to Pulaski tonight for the monumental matchup everyone has suggested all year. Both teams have great individual talent and are both coached to play hard nosed defensively. This to me is a toss up. Got to pull for LC being in the 45th but this will be a dog fight to the finish. If Lincoln is shooting hot they have a chance. If Maroons can utilize Stevens in the middle they have the advantage. Should be one of the best championship games played in a while. Set back and enjoy folks.

Hate to hear of any kid getting injured. If LC loses Evan could be a game changer. Kid is a defensive beast and the choice to guard teams leading scorers.

Rebels should take care of business in this contest but West has shown spurts of good basketball. Will they get on a magical run like they did in 2020? I think too much Imfeld but the 12th region tournament is always tough. Boyle 64 W Jessamine 56
