This upcoming season might be the best chance Saint Xavier will have in years to defeat their arch rival. After this coming season, Trinity should return to their winning ways two years from now.

Saint Xavier will be heavily favored again next year.

Just as i predicted back in April the Tigers take state. I don’t know what i find more perplexing, the Tigers winning state so many times, or Trinity never winning state. I can think of only one state finals they made it to, and lost. Great job Saint Xavier. Well deserved.

It will come down to how fast the Trinity Sophmore class comes along. As Freshmen they were a very special group of athletes.

Male got a great hire. Coach Haworth will do a fantastic job at Male.

Losing their top player to a well known basketball factory won’t help building the program. Trinity will be more vulnerable than they have been in years, they will be rebuilding, rather than reloading like recent years in the past.

Only thing Saint Xavier will have their hands full of is the state championship trophy. The Tigers 10, Hazard 2.

One great team Saint Xavier, and one good team PRP. I said before the season ended, Saint Xavier would win the state baseball championship hands down. This team is very special.

The program is in great shape thanks to a coaching staff that is excellent from top to bottom. As more 8th grade boys take a look at potential high schools DeSales will continue to get stronger and attract better, and better students and football players.

Save some time,and trouble and just hand Saint Xavier the state trophy. Nobody is going to beat them this year going forward from this point on. I said this after seeing them play early in the regular season, that this team was going to win state.

Go with those Vols. We have a nice Trinity connection there that can make you feel right at home.

I can not speak on most of the issues brought up in the various threads, but i know one thing,he will be coached by one of the best head coaches in the area.

This coming year,and the following year will be Saint Xavier’s best chance to beat their rival and win one or two state championships. Of course it all depends on, if they, at this point,believe they can ever beat their chief rival again.

When, if ever has a Kentucky high school team ever gone undefeated through the regular season and all the way through to the championship ? This year I think Saint Xavier will do that very thing.

This Saint Xavier team might be one of the best ever in the state of Kentucky. They are so strong on both sides of the ball.

A degree from Centre carries the same weight as an Ivy League degree in the workplace. This young man very fortunate.

Hands down, Saint Xavier is the best baseball team in Kentucky. I have never seen such a tenacious offense, and solid defense. If you are a baseball fan, you must get out to see them in person.

The last 4 years i think the Colts could have hung with Saint Xavier. This coming year i am not so sure. It will help the Colts playing at home. Saint Xavier by 10 points.

Lexington Catholic played Louisville Saint Xavier for years in a home and away series. Not much of a step up to play Trinity.

Rumors have it, that Lexington Catholic will start scheduling Trinity High School in a home and away series.

If you love baseball ? Try and get out to a Saint Xavier game. They are a well oiled machine.

If Saint Xavier and PRP hook up this year, what a game that will be. One for the books that’s for sure.
