That Butler game will be worth watching. Butler has a transfer, that last year, was the top running back for DeSales. Could get a little chippy out on the field.

There is a good chance after next week both Saint Xavier and Trinity will be 0-2. Bowling Green is always tough, and Warren Central is ranked number 1 in Indiana. In the case of Trinity, they gave a gift to Carmel. Could not make two plays down the stretch cost them the game. Another year Trinity is weak in the secondary. That seems to be an ongoing problem with Trinity.

After next week there is a good chance both Trinity and Saint Xavier will be 0-2.

Bad night for 3 6-A schools i know of. Manual, Saint Xavier, and Trinity. Trinity wrapped their loss in a gift box and tied a ribbon on it. Great job yellow jackets. Bring home another state championship.

Warren central beat Center Grove by 12 points. I believe Center Grove ranked 4th in Indiana. For those who want to see highlites of the Trinity game, and also watch Warren Central you can go to the Indianapolis Star’s web site.

I was so in hopes Trinity would win this first game. They, by all accounts have a tougher team coming in next week. Would have liked to have been 1-0 going into the televised game. The game came down to a missed field goal, and a roughing the passer call down the stretch. I really thought the Rock’s defense would hold them out of the end zone in the last minute of the game.

Trinity has always taken great pride in their defense. Now is the time to draw on that pride and win the game.

You could say this about Jeffersonville every year. Bob Redman coached there for one year and resigned. He only won one game that year.

Trinity in recent years has been a second half team. It is imperative the Rocks win this game. It will give them momentum going into next week’s home game that will be broadcast nationwide. Come on Rocks you can win this game.
