Is Class 6A Excited?

Trinity and St. Xavier both lose in Week 1 of the 2018 season. Trinity to out-of-state completion and St. Xavier to a Class 2A team.

I'm not, all I see is a Trinity State Championship.

Scott County is the number 3 team in Class 6A. Male is number 4 and Butler, who had a good showing this week is number 5. I'd say they all smell some blood in the water.

The question is how good are the teams they lost too? Plus in 2A that’s a big win for DeSales.

St. X has work to do but like G said, I don’t think any of them will be able to defeat Trinity.

Although I am intrigued by Male.

The easy answer is, "no one in the state is as good as Carmel", but I think that is a cop out. A 2A team just beat St. Xavier, at this point anything is possible.

No.

Trinity played far superior competition.

Kudos to DeSales, however.

DeSales is gonna be a beast in 2A. I wouldn't look too much into Trinity's loss though, 6A is still theirs to lose.

I agree them those 3 teams are licking there chops!

A St. X team that had 4 days to replace their starting QB. St. X should have won but it’s naive to believe it didn’t make a difference in the outcome.

That team in Park Hills disagrees!
