Rough game guys. Hard fought but next week could be rough too.

These games are fun and all, but the teams in ky are the ones who matter. Seeking 26 in the bluegrass will be fun now.

Tough game between two good teams.

Tough loss. Hope the Rocks will learn from this.

I was so in hopes Trinity would win this first game. They, by all accounts have a tougher team coming in next week. Would have liked to have been 1-0 going into the televised game. The game came down to a missed field goal, and a roughing the passer call down the stretch. I really thought the Rock’s defense would hold them out of the end zone in the last minute of the game.

The difference in my opinion was the fumble return for TD by Carmel. Without that mistake, Rocks win by 2 scores.

Carmel defense was outstanding. Trinity defense is great upfront. Still having trouble covering the deep ball. Trinity lack of being able to throw the deep ball as well.

Warren central beat Center Grove by 12 points. I believe Center Grove ranked 4th in Indiana. For those who want to see highlites of the Trinity game, and also watch Warren Central you can go to the Indianapolis Star’s web site.

Trinity gave up about 4 or 5 plays of 25+ yards. All other plays averaged maybe 2 yards. Big plays and offensive line were the outlines for me.

Warren Central has one of the best wide receivers in the country. If Trinity can’t stop the big play then next week could be bad. Hopefully they get that cleaned up and can upset WC.

Bell is a beast, hope to see him in Columbus someday. Don’t sleep on their RB though.

Tough loss for the Rocks, with another good team coming to St. Matthew’s next week.

As of right now I think Carmel and Warren Central are the best teams Trinity will play this year. If T can get through next weekend they’ll be in good shape the rest of the way.
