Kind of a sloppy game with 5 total players fouling out, I feel like the refs wasn't letting either team get in a groove. I never question coaching but Danville had me scratching my head. First, why would you have Hayden guarding Imfeld. That was a complete mismatch, Bryant is your best defender so why not have him on him. 2nd, what kind of offense was you running all I witnessed was a bunch of one on one basketball. I will hardly ever say this about an Ed McKinney coached team but I think Coach Webb out coached McKinney tonight. Webb took Jaylen Dunn completely out of the game. They walled up on him and did a great job. Jaylen Dunn has got to work on his free throw shooting. Against Boyle the last two games he's 0/14. He has got to work on that because he's always getting fouled because he plays so hard. Boyle County was the tougher more physical team with better shooters. Imfeld wow just wow kid is legit, he hit some big time 3s tonight. All in all Boyle was the better team and they advance to play Boyle Friday. Before I go, Demariah Brown is going to be very very good. I heard he's a football star, but man can he play and defend. Love his game. Good luck rebels and IMO the Ads will be a team that can be dangerous next year returning 4 starters.

Jaylen Dunn is my favorite player in the 12th region to watch. I also like watching Jaekie Tarter from Boyle County. Both high energy guys and play hard the whole game. -
Danville's Jarius Bryant and Jaylen Dunn played great for the Ads. DCA season comes to an end but they will be a problem the next few years. Beeman for Danville was the unsung hero for Danville. Came in off the bench and played big minutes rebounding and defending the big man for DCA. Boyle County and Danville Wednesday IMO will be a war. The Ads have nothing to lose. BTW, how does Jaylen Dunn at 5'10 get 15 rebounds? That kid plays so hard, sometimes I go to watch Danville just to see him play. Him and Jaekie Tarter will be battling it out Wednesday.

Imfeld is the best player in the 12th region! He has proven it all season. -
Coach Buchanan should have a say on who the next head coach should be.

Top Freshman in the State?

DCA and Danville will have absolute battles the next few years with those Freshman. The Ads also have 6'3 Freshman Treyvaughn Paige who I heard is out with a knee injury. Montavin is the best Freshman in the 12th region. -
Danville vs Lincoln County Predictions/Updates
Statsdontlie replied to RimRacker's topic in KY Boys Basketball (High School)
Lincoln will win this game by 15. Lincoln has better guard play than Danville. Evan, Colton, Jaxon and Tramane will be hard for Danville to defend. If Lincoln wins and Boyle wins against DCA they will be tied for #1 seed. Ads played 3 tough games this week while Lincoln hasn't played since Monday night. Lincoln better keep Jaylen Dunn and Jarius Bryant off the glass because they can keep Danville in it. -

Yeah and Kaden Moorman was the main reason! -

Best players? I would take Franklin County's best players over Boyle's. Best Coach is absolutely right though. Haddix is one of the top coaches in the State. -

Really good PG that can get to the rim. -
Really close game, Boyle County's Luke Imfeld hit some big shots in the 4th qtr to seal the win. If Danville hit free throws they had a chance to win this game. This is probably the best I've seen Danville play good Ed McKinney defense all year. Tarter kinda bullied his way through Danville in the 4th quarter. 45th District tournament is going to be nuts this year, Garrard, Danville, Lincoln,Boyle or DCA could win it. I wouldn't want the draw of playing Danville the first round on there home court.

Boyle County - 2022 Schedule
Statsdontlie replied to Shaquille_Oatmeal's topic in KY Football (High School)
I think Boyle returns just about every player on Defense but they did lose their best two players Gillis and Lanter. And a couple of lineman. Danville tranfer will get his shot at QB. Boyle will be in the hunt next year! -
Wow what a game. Boyle threw punches the first 3 quarters but Lincoln had the knock out in the 4th. This game was really physical and I loved it. Willam Carr for Boyle County kept Boyle in the lead with three 3 pointers, he played great. Tarter fouling out in the 4th IMO changed the game. Alcorn for Lincoln is without a doubt the best player on Lincoln County, kid stepped up big in the 4th quarter. These two teams will meet again at Danville in the District Championship in a couple of weeks and I can't wait.

LCA will be good but the seniors they lost was the real deal. I don't think the defense will be that great without Shelby and Morris and others. They will have two great RBs and a great QB. But like you mentioned, I don't see nobody in there district playing with them, and it wouldn't surprise me to see them at Kroger field again. -
Mercer don't have any playmakers coming back and the middle school team hasn't been very good the last 2 or 3 years. I don't think Coach Clevenger will be interested in this job.

I wouldn't count out Lincoln County or Boyle. Pulaski is tough for sure and it will be even tougher to beat them at PC in the regional tournament. -

Watched this game online, very good competitive game. I like the small lineup Ed used. Qusinberry is good as they come. He was easily the best player on the court. Qusinberry and Brown match up is going to be worth the price of admission the next 3 years. Both are great players. Ethan Cooper couldn't get going tonight, but some was great defense Danville put on him. I also like how Jackson plays for Danville, he does a lot of good stuff for Danville. Like I said before Jaylen Dunn is Mr. Do it all for Danville, kid plays his heart out. Love watching him compete, he gets rebounds he has no business getting, but somehow does. Mason Sulla getting in foul trouble hurt Garrard, that kid is HUGE, he has to play football. All in all Hayden, Dunn, Brown and Bryant did enough to steal a win on the road. Congrats to Ed and his team. -
Josh Jaggers named head coach at Lincoln County.
Statsdontlie replied to Mr.Network's topic in KY Football (High School)
Congratulations Coach Jaggers! Excited about this hire! I hope the community gets behind him and supports him. -
I will say this, I hope Josh Jaggers don't wait the last minute and then turn down the job like he did Danville. That's not good for him in the future if he applies for other jobs IMO. Lincoln County is being patient as possible with him but he needs to give them an answer so they can move forward or move on.

I think Lincoln has too many Guards. Jaxon Smith and Tramane Alcorn dont look comfortable on the court with the addition of Evan Smith. It looks like they sit back and watch Evan and Colton shoot the ball. Not saying the addition of Evan Smith is hurting them but those two have struggled this year. Also, William Bishop is done for the rest of the year, with knee pain again. I feel so bad for that kid, injuries have taken a toll on him. Hopefully next year he's 100% I still think Lincoln and PC will be there at the end. Boyle County is good but I don't see them beating Lincoln the next two times they play. And I agree Jaxon Smith has got to start taking over. This is his team, he's been starting since 8th grade. I do wish Coach Jackson would let his kids play, that slow down offense he runs does not suit this team well. They would be a more dangerous team if he turned them loose and let them run. Tramane and Jaxon are not very good shooters, so getting the ball and go would help them get points in transition.

I got Pikeville winning it all. Thornsberry getting eligible takes them to another level. Her and Rowe both have D1 offers. -

Teams are not going to let Hayden and Dunn beat them. I think it's important to get Bryant and Brown going. They have got to use there teammates more. Forcing shots isn't working very well. Brown and Hannibal was the only two scoring last night. I really like Brown, if any player needs more shots it should be Brown. What happened to the other Brown that played last year? I thought he was a nice player last year.
