Understandable. South Oldham can score points in a hurry. This game probably got off to a good start, and snowballed

They also lost to Collins by 30, and Bardstown by 25. Does Bardstown strike fear into anyone? I’d say the Oldham game is an anomaly.

It’s North Bullitt. I don’t understand the “wow”.

That’s a really really bad loss for Spencer. I thought their only loss the rest of the regular season would be St X.

That game is never a blowout. District game. It was also at Bullitt East. BE is “down”, but they haven’t exactly played a soft schedule either. They have talent. But outside of the Perdew kid, they’re just really soft.

Gaither has a proven body of work. He’s had some talented teams. And some not so talented teams. They’re always prepared to play regardless.

Expected result. Collins is better coached. More talented. More physical. More experienced.

I’ll go with Collins by double digits. Spencer doesn’t have a kid that can physically stop McKnight when he gets going downhill. Collins rebounds they ball better. And the edge in coaching goes to Gaither.

They’re on the same side of the bracket. So the best you can hope for is a matchup in the semi.

I’m not saying they didn’t beat some “decent” teams. Or lose to a good one. But I’d say they were pretty far from battle tested when it mattered most. Would you agree?

You would think that after what happened last year, undefeated until first round of Sweet 16, John Hardin would schedule a little tougher this year. Guess not.

Trinity has experienced the same thing over the years. The locker room is fine. The adults with certain entitlement issues can be a problem.
