I created power rating that uses strength of schedule and margin of victory. Only games that count are 6th & & 7th region games since would take to much time to rate the whole state and they play a lot of games against each other so like comparing similar teams. I update it after every night of games. My long range plan is to do this for the whole state for football since games are only once a week and will take less time than basketball.
