The physical recovery time for ACLs has gotten better and better over the years. But most guys struggle with the mental aspect of knowing when they can trust going all out on it. I hope he makes it back to full speed sooner than later. I also hope he understands that this is just a speed bump, and doesn’t force himself back too quickly.

If you’re a qualifier out of high school, you can go for a year, then on to a four year school. If you didn’t qualify, you have to stay for 2 years.

He didn’t qualify in high school. By his own admission, he didn’t take his grades seriously until it was too late.

David is the best player on the floor, every time he’s on the floor. In the age of stats, he’s driven more by the win loss column. Excels at both ends of the floor. High IQ, high level athlete. His game is polished. And he already has the body of an elite college guard. Louisville fans are in for a treat.

Well. I may have been wrong about Ballard. After a slow first half, they’ve figured out how to score and taken control of the 2nd half.

Trinity has a habit of playing down to the competition, but I still think they win this one pretty convincingly. Waggener/Ballard is intriguing because Waggener got a W against them, finally, earlier this season. Ballard’s defense will be up to the task, but they struggle when it comes to scoring consistently. If Walter Johnson isn’t making shots, where do they go? I like Waggener I’m a close one.

A PG missing 4 straight free throws is definitely a cardinal sin. But somehow they won. With S Oldham and Collins both out, it’s anyones game now.

Pretty huge occurrence in the 8th. Especially with Collins losing last night. The young Bears aren’t so young anymore.

Collins beat Spencer in the district championship.

Collins/OC and Spencer/S Oldham are really intriguing.
