What is great about UK #1 fan, is he gives us guys from other teams lots of entertainment by watching the bird fans reactions. This is as good as Sanford and Son.

It is hard to say anything about the Anderson scrimmage as a gage, because good teams never show anything in a scrimmage and chances are if Danville an Anderson played in regular season Anderson would win handily. So I believe Danville is in for a tough game. Rock 27 Dan 20

It sounded like Hhs had trouble Protecting their QB, and he is not near as mobile as last years. Without a really star RB, I would say most teams are going to pin their ears back and come after the QB until Hhs figures that out. Does CC have a good D up front.

I think Boyle and Central Hardin will be better this week. It was easy to see both of these teams are good and need to work out a few kinks. Both of these teams will hit you hard too. Both have big backs thanks to 42 on CH and Swanner on Boyle. Swanner showed up big for Boyle. Someone told me he benches 360, and he is 215 and good speed. The game Saturday was a defensive struggle. 20-12 Score Boyle on top. Boyle was inside 5 two more times, but did not score. Once was with back ups. Tates Creek scored on two long passes, other than that they did hardly move the ball. Robbins and Brown were not in on the pass plays. However, I thought Tates Creek was better than previous years. It is just hard to run the ball on Boyle County.

Boyle played lots of 2nd stringers in first quarter. I was encouraged by O line and running game. Ashburn looked good and Swanner is a load and fast. Of course the running game includes Robbins and He was on the sidelines most of the night. He may have run one time and Eric Brown was sick. Boyle didn't show anything?

If Boyle finds the right point guard to distribute the ball, and put Colton on the block and make sure the offense goes through him, they will be good. Mack Cox will change the dynamical on with possibly a transfer kid who hasn't played in a year or so but was a really good athlete. Also 2 years ago when Robbins was a Sophmore we used him to break the press, he did fine. Also Robbins can shoot if he gets the opportunity, he avg almost 80 % from line this year. After reading the rival thread on belfry, it looks like us Rebel fans may as well settle for runner up. They have all but give the trophy to Belfry. So the 92 players we have and 20 seniors and best qb in 3 A need to focus on other things.

You may be right, because the officiating wasn't that good at all this year and the do call it super close in the 12, Boyle will have to play smart but rough.

Remember Dude took a Bourbon Co. TEAM that was 2-9, and one the state the first year. He took over 5 games in last year and almost beat Lexington Catholic, and should have had they not fumbled the ball. I been told Taylor Co. has lots of athletes in the hall ways. So I will say it now, Mercer, Marion, etc. will not want to play smash mouth football. Taylor County will win the district.
