It's my understanding that Boyle County is currently scrimmaging Tates Creek. Anyone with any updates please post. Thanks!

Boyle playing a lot of backups and not showing a lot. Robbins with 1 run and I do not believe Brown has even touched the ball. Even backup QB played a series. Kicker at soccer game so hard to judge the Rebels. Guess we will find out next week just where this team stands.

Is Shelby playing after all at RB or did he not come back out like WKYT mentioned?

Boyle played lots of 2nd stringers in first quarter. I was encouraged by O line and running game. Ashburn looked good and Swanner is a load and fast. Of course the running game includes Robbins and He was on the sidelines most of the night. He may have run one time and Eric Brown was sick. Boyle didn't show anything?

I'm sure neither team showed a whole lot. Hopefully both teams worked out a few kinks and will be completely healthy heading into next week. Boyle County/Central Hardin ought to be a good one. :thumb:

See you next week, looking forward to the challenge. Great matchup of strengths, Central Hardin wing T Vs Boyle County defense. Ability for Boyle County to stop 6'1" 215 fullback Xavier Arnette, one of the keys. Speed of Darius Barbour could present problems. 6"3" 205 tight end could also create matchup problems.

What key positions did Boyle County lose to graduation? I know Central Hardin is starting a Junior QB with limited experience.

I know Boyle lost their starting RB to graduation. Eric Brown the starter this year saw plenty of action last year though.

20-12 Score Boyle on top. Boyle was inside 5 two more times, but did not score. Once was with back ups. Tates Creek scored on two long passes, other than that they did hardly move the ball. Robbins and Brown were not in on the pass plays. However, I thought Tates Creek was better than previous years. It is just hard to run the ball on Boyle County.
