Yes the policeman was asked by administration to escort him out because he was yelling at his daughters and the officials thought he was yelling at them. It was an instance that was blown way out of proportion. The scene had a pretense from their first meeting and Conner officials were keyed up for an event to happen like this on this night. Had the first game gone smoother, I doubt this would have occurred. Ironically, the policeman was from Grant Co and he stated he felt the ejection wasn't necessary but that he had to do it because administration asked him to.

This is inaccurate. He did not go after the official and never threatened the official.

The entire crew was 8th region and the assigning secretary was there evaluating the game. There were definitely too many whistles in the second half but SK got the benefit of the call with 2 seconds left as she probably didn't get fouled IMO. Good win for SK as they keep it rolling. Good teams find a way.

Wow! Great coaching move. I believe the rule is that the band is not allowed to play while live play is happening. My guess is the refs shouldn't have administered the original free throws until the band had stopped. If I were Wtown, I would consider some type of protest for she was given 2 extra free throws for no violation of the Wtown bench or court personnel. Maybe Clyde can help us out.

Kind of surprised by this outcome. Trimble Co. has a nice team and I expected them to come out with the win. Congrats to the Lady Camels!

Agree and here is my reasoning. I expect a high scoring game. SK has a much better point guard than Ryle does and Ryle has been unimpressive in either of their 2 scrimmages. SK has already traveled to region favorite Shelby Co. and come out with a huge win which might make them the new favorite. Time will tell but I don't see Ryle keeping up in this one.

I like Bracken to win big. IMO, they have more talent.

Does Frankfort? Are the schools you mentioned NCAA Division 1? I haven't heard of most of them you have mentioned.

I fail to see why this rule is dumb. Timeouts are a part of the game no matter rather its NBA or elementary.

After watching both teams play in the preseason, I like SK to win in a close one. Shelby has really good size but look for Ally Niece to make a solid 8th region first impression tonight. I don't think Shelby has anyone that can stop her.
