    Went to work yesterday it was 3.27 this morning 3.49 what a joke. I went right by the gas station thinking it would be good today no such luck. JD

    Rick Smith was inducted in the NKYFL Football Hall of Fame this past year. One thing about Rick that makes me very proud is when we were in High School (Rick) at Ludlow and I (Lloyd) he won the Ky State Thats My Boy Award a very prestigious (sp) award for a senior Ky High School athelete. JD

    This will be a great rematch at Walton Verona. Jugg's bested them early in the season after a rain delay at Lloyd. Lloyd upset Walton at Walton last year in the playoff's. Both teams looking to go to next round I will go with my Jugg's in another classic battle. JD

    This will be another classic game between Bellevue and Frankfort. I am wanting Bellevue from NKY to win however, Frankfort has a good QB and tough defense that has put a hurt on its opponent's. Should be a great game in Frankfort. JD

    First game jitters for all I am impressed with Archie and like someone said with the two tall guy's and one can shoot from 3 pt land will be great. I think by start of games this team will be fun to watch. JD

    I see no parent letting there 15 year old kid have a fire and party for that many people and not being around. This story is getting better every day that goes by. Someone has to be responsible and charged with the keg law. JD

    I new a new QB started the next game did not know 2 starters were out against Lloyd that night Sarge. I guess I could go with that assumption with WV #10. A couple of weeks will tell. JD

    VOR and Beechwoodfan, thanks to both of you for being very positive with this thread as both of you have had kids growing up in the Beechwood Schools. Again I trust that Coach Rash and Mr. Hutton will and have handled this situation. For the one's who want to knock Beechwood due to success it is just like they due with all successful programs as Highlands and other's they have to put them down. Again like I said earlier it has happened all over the area not just Beechwood. Good luck to Beechwood this week and going forward this too will go away in time. JD

    I have been around High School football for over 30 years with Lloyd and Beechwood and it has happened at both schools. I feel Coach Rash and Mr. Hutton will take care of this problem and will go on with life. I know this is happening all over the state and it continues to be a problem in all communities and we need to address it and not turn our heads on this problem. Under age drinking is a big problem and must be addressed in all schools. It hurts me to read all this since I am a personal and good friend of both Coach Rash and Mr. Hutton. They will do the right thing and handle it. I only wish BW the best of luck and to move on in such a bad situation. JD

    How can you make a case for Walton Verona when Lloyd beat them and NewCath killed Lloyd have they progressed that mauch. I like WV team however not in top 10. JD

    I like Lloyd in this one, we will have to stop two good running backs and may have to change up our defensive front like last year in the playoff's. Lloyd will move on JD

    DRKARK, contact Coach Gary Dearwater he is help coaching at Beechwood and if you go down to a practice this week around 3 p.m. you could talk to him. He would be the one that would have or could get stats for you. He was our head coach when Luke played for us. Call me later. JD
