I agree with mexitucky anyone counting NewCath out better open their eye's. This is a very good 2A school and the losses are against bigger size schools. Don't let their record fool you, they have a tough team. JD

I feel Nussbaum from Beechwood even though he was out he will make up for it in the long run. I like Smith QB from Lloyd leading passer and his receiver is leading in receiving. JD

You can not scout opponent's game by filming in High School. However, in the NKYFL league you can scout by filming opponent's games which I totally disagree. Several coache's do exchange film and alot of games are on Hudl. JD

NKYfootballfan91, I was so mad when NC took out their first team and Lloyd left the one's in. Especially #4 QB Smith boy he was only playing offense due to an injury and did not play defense. I got mad and left knowing Lloyd had no shot of comming back and after #18 and #21 for Lloyd went down I had to leave. I hated to see the blowout however, shows what a strength of schedule means prior to District play. Shows you really what NC has. Great sportsmanship and concern when Coach Eviston came over in 3rd Qtr to check on injured ball player for Lloyd. JD

I was coaching at Lloyd in 1991 when we were 10 and 2 lost to BW twice and beat NewCath. I also thought we beat them in 1995 will need to check on that one. Yes NewCath put it all together against Lloyd and played tough both ways. Beleive me this should not be a 3 and 4 team. JD

This game was over at the half. NCC played very well and scored at will. Lloyd needs to practice tackling to many long gains on broken tackles. Like I said in updat thread #44 is a stud. Lloyd should of stayed with the running game as it was working early on for the Jugg's. NCC is going to be a tough team down the road and in the playoff's KUDO'S to NCC and staff. Jugg's are off next week and will need to regroup for a game against Newport in two week's at Lloyd. I hope the player's that went down for Lloyd will be ok. Now LLoyd lick your wounds and get back on the winning track. JD

Left with 4 min to go 3rd qtr running clock NCC 56 to 15 NCC had 2's in the game. NCC is not a bad team and 44 is a stud. Dexter Smith was playing QB hurt and did not play LB on defense. Lloyd is off next week before playing Newport at LLoyd. JD

It seemed like the last four years I scouted I was at every Ludlow home coming game and it is nice and the whole community is involved. The stands are usually crowded and I get to see alot of ole friends I played and coached against. It is a great atmosphere and the people in Ludlow really enjoy themselves. JD

When I saw FF play last year in the playoff's I mentioned to BW coaching staff they had a huge QB and he could throw the football. CoachBuckett is this kid the starter this year as he was a JR last year. I also thought FF line was returning and what FF needed was a good replacement at running back. I have always thought FF was a decent team and would give BW fits and they have proven they can. I like VOR agree I never felt good until someone text me the final score. JD

Mayfield has been a pain in BW side for several year's now, I don't think anyone is taking anything away from them or the other team's mentioned. I myself have been overly impressed with Mayfield over the past four years and for Frankfort I have seen them play enough to say they will be tough come playoff time. I was only saying don't sell BW short they are maturing at a fast pace and come playoff time will have plenty of time to get better. Believe me the coaching staff at BW will have them ready for any game going down the road. I don't think BW is bad as people think and they will be here in the end. JD

I was with my good friend Coach Myerhoff tonight watching the Red's game and having a few cold one's. I have also known Coach Mullins since he was in high school at Lloyd and we have been friend's for alot of year's. As for the two not getting along someone was just trying to stir the pot. They both have the upmost respect for each other and they each complimented each other when coaching together. Both coaches know alot about the game and their player's. Matter of fact someone said earlier they are in fantasy baseball league that Coach Myerhoff run's and when I was at the last draft they got along well and laughed. I wish them both the best of luck next year. JD

I agree that BW lost alot of player's from last year's team. However, I do know they had alot of younger player's get alot of playing time. Also they are now getting some injured player's back and in time for District play which starts this week. I would not give Frankfort the win over BW since Frankfort has to come to BW this year. BW may be down a little however, they are far from being out. JD
