Agree, or disagree?

NCC just keeps moving up every week. Is the 2A Title still NKY's until they lose it?

I don't get this much love for NCC right now.. What exactly have they done to deserve being this high? There best win is over a 1-6 Dixie team or maybe Lloyd, who most knowledgeable NKy folks will tell you isn't that good.. It's no disgrace to lose to any of the teams they lost to, but, I do think some of these other 2a teams ranked below them have some better wins than they do and some of these other teams losses were to pretty quality teams themselves.. It's not like some of these others have played terrible schedules either.

And dixie's 1 win being against Conner? Who happens to be one hell of a team. A lot of teams would be 1-6 or worse while playing Conner, NCC, Beechwood, Boone, Boyle, Cov Cath, and Campbell County. I don't think any of the teams below them have played quite the schedule NCC has as well. And with you saying one of their best wins being over Lloyd? Who they beat by 41? Just saying, Holmes is good, Simon Kenton is good, and Campbell County is pretty good. Go to an NCC game in the next few weeks, and you'll see why NCC's getting love right now.

I've been saying it all year. NewCath has the pieces. Once/if they put it all together, look out. Hopefully the execution in the first half of last week is how they'll play the rest of the season.

Why is it when you're on a SKenton thread, the Holmes win isn't a very good win, but, when you're on a Beechwood or NCC thread, all of a sudden, Holmes is a hell of a team? Sometimes, ya'll NKy folks confuse me with your logic and analysis.

Holmes is a very hard team to judge. Talent wise, they are one of the top 3 or 4 teams in N. Ky. Defensively, they are solid. Offensively, they are one of the more incompetent teams you will see when it comes to execution. In fact, I would say they are the worst team I have seen this year at lining up and running their offense. They score points because they have very talented players and their players make big plays. So they become a hit or miss team. The Simon Kenton game is a good example. Their stud WR Peterson didn't play and their QB was injured, not even a ball game. Put those two on the field to make some plays on offense and that game is very different.

I will be very surprised if NCC is not in Bowling Green in December.

Bardstown sure took a nose dive. I realize they had a terrible game with CAL, but, they have still only lost 1 game and have looked solid in every other game. I think they're still more deserving than Caldwell Co.

District 4 will get sorted out this week with CAL at DeSales and then Bardstown will get a chance at redemption next week when they play DeSales. The District 3 game with Green at Glasgow should be for first place in the District.

You hit the nail on the head with this statement!!!! In the Newcath game they had at least 7 delay of game penalties. Their offense is a "head-scratcher" at best.

District 7 will have something to say about that.

I agree Dist. 7 will have a lot to say about who is in Bowling Green. We get no respect from Northern Ky.:taz:

Respect has to be earned.
