A lot of turnovers by both teams, I think Newport only ran 2 plays in the first quarter scoring on the second one. It looked like Newport only had 8 or 9 players on the sidelines.

I think one problem is the contract of Votto, he has all the money and the Reds can't sign anyone or keep anyone that that can help this team.

Dayton got behind early, and don't have a offence that can come back. More of a running game than passing. Berea has some studs on there team, #'s 34,12 and some good lineman, # 44 was all over the field on defense, and did well on offence. I think the Berea coaches had a great game plan, especially against Dayton's offence. They must of had Dayton well scouted.

Went to the game last night, can't believe the difference between this years team and last year. First the number of players, they have to have at least twice the numbers of last year. The size of the players, they have some big boys on that team. They had enough players when they got up to the running clock to put a second team in. I'm not a x and o's expert put it seam to me that the coaches had the players where they needed to be on every play. Even the long TD pass the D back was right where he was suppose to be, he just miss timed his jump. Ther're not a state champ, but I wouldn't want to play them in the first round.
