Whether he has the resources now, you are right, who really knows. However, he knows how to get resources and probably knows people that do and you never know where that might lead. I have no idea of the family dynamics, where the parents have tried and said enough is enough and let the chips fall where they may, regardless of whether they have the resources or not. Or if they will fight this with their last penny. Each of us probably would handle things differently and we really don't know what we would do, unless we were in that situation.

It's way too early to really get a handle on things.

This does not look good at all. First, if true, prayers to the victims, next, this guy needs help or has needed it for a while. I have read as many of 4 instances. So, I am not sure of anything other than he was arrested for an incident this weekend. Pretty reliable sources I have heard from, though. Not sure how a person gets out of this. He will have, more than likely, the resources to get the best defense possible.

My experiences have been it is all over the board. Some are troubled kids with limited parent involvement. Others you are shocked because the kid has never been in trouble and parents seem to have it together. 15-18 year olds sometimes just do stupid stuff. Always have, always will. Just hard to figure out sometimes. There seems to be no pattern.

You obviously need to be a good coach. However, you aren't competing at a high level in a power 5 conference withot the players. Gotta have them first IMO.

I agree and said in another post he would lose money, but a good attorney could get a pretty decent policy, although attorney fees then eat a good amount. I would advise sure fire 1st rounders to not play.

Leonard Fournette had one for 10 million. I would say Allen has one between 5-10 mil.

My guess is he has a multi-million insurance policy that if he used wisely would set him up for life. However, if he gets drafted in the top 5 and gets that second contract and maybe a 3rd, it would be much more than the insurance policy. So, it still is a gamble to play.

No denying he said what was reported. Now whether anyone agrees or not with how he handled it, is debatable. He is responsible for any repercussions because of his words whether they were right or wrong. I would imagine he has had enough of doing things his way, which might not be the best way anymore. Probably thought he couldn't cahnge or wasn't worth it. Who knows. May be something else.
