I am real interested in seeing Cottingham behind the plate. He has spent a ton of time in the cages this winter that I hopes pays off at the plate for him. Defensively he is a pleasure to watch and his times are phenominal getting his throws to second.

At what level was he excellent? Are you saying he is skilled enough to play varsity SS? That would be a huge help to the Tigers...................

Ok first off Bob Myerhoff is not going to overpitch anybody. Secondly Bertke has some nasty stuff but Bob will develop several other pitchers along the way. Third I really think that anybody that questions his coaching ability really should look at what he gets year in and year out. In my opinion he is the premier coach in Northern Ky. Now I have never had a kid play for him but from an outsider looking in and one that watches him in the winter he is one of the finest teachers of the game there is.

Catbird Coach Duffy was the football coach before Coach Mueller and did a great job winning two state titles. Known to be extremely aggressive as a coach and his rosters even at Highlands rarely exceeded the 30 player mark. Tough guy to play for but got great results........ (just my opinion)

I am going to have to disagree. Brad Carr has taken Scott to a perennial contender. He has put the Scott program on the map not Jim Mitchell not Coach Wenderoth...although he did get them to state correct?????????????

Short lived would be a year or two he was there longer than that. it was supposed to be a tongue in cheek comment but he was longer than short lived. He was there from 1988-1993 which is more than a short lived career.
