In the thread from the Ryle New Cath game it was said the outfield was very wet. Add more rain and I can just imagine what it is now.

The water has to go somewhere when it rolls off the tarp and it has made foul territory near the basepaths, behind the catcher, and in the outfield very, very wet. Field tarps help keep fields dry and playable, but they aren't a cure-all for the monsoon season.

The Boone - Holy Cross game at Boone rained out. Infield tarpped outfield very wet.
