I do think it has to come from the coach first, with the understanding that the principal and AD are aware of any conversations taking place. The one caution that I would add from a good friend and coach that is a hall of famer, with teams that have one over 500 games. No matter what level of play, they must be playing. If you are going to move a 8th grader to high school. Then the player should be playing in more games at high school than in middle, and be getting more playing time. Players need to be playing and not sitting on the bench.

This is terrible news for this young man. I wish him the best and I am sure that good things will come his way.

Tom Woofter Curse Harrison playing Pendleton in first round of district could be a repeat of the Brossart vs. Pendleton match up in the play in game in 2005. Some may argue but in my opinion that was the Regional Finals that year.

Rowan will win it the top bracket will beat up against one another, the team from the top who ever it is won't have there legs come Saturday night. That's the only reason I have them, this tournament is shaped up very closely to that of the 2005 tournament.

It is looking to me like it should be some good competive games but ashame to see so many games top contenders play early on.

They may not have played GRC but there early schedule was certainly no cake walk, nor did they stay away from difficult competition.

I am not deciding till tomorrow night! Could be better things to come, but none of the things mentioned will ever be forgotten.

I think Setty and Walsh both gave as good as they got. Setty is not used to getting his way. I am sure it was hard for him to take that 9th region officials did. Not know who he was.

Let's give the wildcats a little more respect. Go and check out the number of losses in overtimes and the point totals. You should find about 7 games that were lost in ot or by a combined total of less than 15 points. Congrats to the Wildcats!

It won't but it should. This is a simple fix. Stop complaining about it call your high school principal and superintendent and tell them that you are tired of this being a neutral run tourney except when you play Mason Co. Tell them to have AD vote on it at their meetings a fix the issue. It wasn't this way at Montgomery or BOK. It's not hard Mr Moore, Mr. Appelman and Mr.Hester.
