Conner evens their record at 2-2, while CC remains winless. Game was marred by penalties and turnovers. Time for district play.

Nice win Conner.

Congrats Cougars

Good win for Cougars--Not getting any easier for the Camels. Looks like the pollsters were wrong on this one being close?

Tyler Durham was at QB tonight and is a very tough kid. Shout out to all of the CC kids. Keep your heads up and don't stop fighting.

Congratulations to the Cougars.

Camels turn the ball over 4 times on fumbles, plus loose opening kickoff to Conner on a botched reception attempt. Not going to win many games with 5 turnovers. :ohbrother: :idunno: :irked: :isurrender:

Poor CC, what a tough year.

Sad state of affairs in Alexandria.

You can see glimpses of hope for the Camels.

They had a lot of chances to score and simply didn't execute when they had chances. They had one fly pattern where the receiver was 10 yards behind the Conner D and he was overthrown.

I was only half-watching as I was talking to some friends but what happened in the first half when Campbell scored on a QB run but the points were taken off?

Game story.

Holding, away from the ball. Conner struggled with holding several times as well.

I agree, there are some good things that can be taken away from the game.

Conner had 14 penalties for 111 yards.

Thought this was going to be a rebuilding year for Camels anyway. From what I heard Coach Lickert will bring them back.

The Camels will be fine. It is a rebuilding year. Everyone has been hard on the Camels program as a whole this year. Some of it deserved maybe. They however have 8 Sophomores I believe, playing Varsity, which takes a great deal away from the JV team. I believe it will pay dividends in the next couple of years. Stay strong, play hard, Go Camels!!!!1
