Final

Congrats!

St. X announcer, "Considering what we have heard about Trinity, St. Xavier has played them really hard tonight." ........

2-0 in Ohio with one to go.

On to Indy Cathedral next week. Only their 2nd home game this year.

I watched the game on the internet. St X was MUCH better than Elder. But Trinity had no fumbles and controlled the flow of the game.

Nice win Trinity!

Huge win for Trinity and for Kentucky. Way to go Shamrocks!

Overall, good game for the Rocks. The defense softened up in the last quarter after they went up 17-0. With exception to that, the defense was excellent. Two things have happened in consecutive weeks that I didn't expect to see happen. One, Elder getting thumped the way they did at the Pit and seeing St X being dominated by an opposing defense like they did on their home field. Congratulations to Trinity on another huge win.

I was really surprised with how well Trinity controlled the ball. Since the quick strike did not appear to be happening the LSD's worked really well. Still some missed opportunities out there. X was extremely good. Very fast on the defensive side of the ball.

Now you did it. Someone's going to read that and the next thing you know, Trinity's team is on LSD.

Hundley ran all over us last year and this year we kept him in check. That was huge.

How funny, that we're surprised by the score, in that we expected this to be a larger gap....well, some of us did. After Trinity settled down, I felt you could tell that we controlled the game. Rocks have a ton, TON to work on going into Cathedral next week. The better team won, and that's what's supposed to happen.

3 ypc.

Trinity has a very special team. They will "run the table" after this game. The KY state championship game will be a joke.
