  1. FWDT, while I do not have a dog in this hunt is there more to the story or just that Ryle has a poor record against two rival teams? Is it possible that Boone and Conner have better players? confused:
  2. Just a thought to ponder and I agree academics are number #1. Let's say you have a child that is athletic and you have a choose of schools, where do you go. Simple the one with the best program /coach. Not everyone has this choose... Now I am reaching here, but let's say my child is pretty good and may have further potential (don't all parents think this) and they get stuck in a loosing program / and have poor coach; now your really in a pickle? I vote freedom of choose...
  3. Any ideas what happened to last years coach, I heard he had done a pretty good job?
  4. Agree with your initial statement; it is all about confidence. As for playing a half court game I thought we had one heck of a year last year. And yes parents complain on all teams and it is always the one's where their kid is not playing. We are fortunate in a way we have 10 plus kids that could start on most teams!!! :walk:
  5. It is astonishing that there has been zero SACKS?
  6. SK by 10, Simp will have a field day!!!
  7. Coach Carr is the X factor...:thumb:
  8. Should be a great game although IMO the edge goes to the Cougars!!! :dancingpa
  9. Dixie in a shocker: +2
  10. I can tell there will be a lot of ups and downs for those of you posting about your Pee Wee's. Please remember one thing; let them have fun and do not start thinking about how your kid may have a potential to be a PRO someday. Sit back and enjoy them....:isurrender:
  11. MS shortly behind AC, no one else close.
  12. We can debate till the cows come home; it is all about size and coaching if you have these two you will consistantly produce a winning program... No ifs, ands or buts!
  13. 7. Ryle 5. Holly Cross 3. Gallatin Co 2. Betsy Lane 1. NCC Tie Breaker. Ryle
  14. There is a life lesson in there, thanks for sharing. Kind of like most parents thinking there athlete will be division one material and then seeing the failure. One day at a time and feel blessed.
  15. I would bet Quainoo will get the lions share. Simpson is the star at SK. :thumb:
  16. I do not think Quainoo has the size and I really believe the other teams will catch up to him this year. I am not saying he is a bad RB just not the player of a Simpson. I wish both of them the best!
  17. IMO Quainoo is a solid RB although I do not think he will shine like he did last year. Now IMO Simpson is the real deal and has a future. :thumb:
  18. Is there a chance they are looking at anouther High School
  19. How about other players that have potential?:dancingpa
  20. I would say 300lbs max
