Fasciinating matchup that I think will be a high-scoring shootout. The winner may well be the last team with the ball. I'll go with SK in a tight one, but certainly wouldn't be surprised to see Conner win it. So basically, I've added nothing of value to this thread.

With S.K. having played Dixie and Henry Clay I think they will be ready for Conner. I'll take S.K. by 7.

Still better competition than the Cougars.

SK in a close one. I expect Baldwin and Lockard to have a huge defensive game, and Lawrence to really open up the running game by having a couple long completions to the WR's. I think Miles is do for one of his huge 200+ games and SK makes a big statement to open up District play.

I'm not naive enough to think SK will win going away. I saw first hand how Mr. West can lead a team, and with the addition of Pugh (getting more touches), they are probably even more dangerous than last season. With that being said, SK built a nice lead in both '08 games but couldn't bury the Cougs. I think both teams will be successful offensively, the winner could be determined in the turnover category. You'd rather play St. X sooner than later, so a win would be very nice for either team.
