This has all the makings of a long drawn out ugly game. Weather is calling for HEAVY RAIN non-stop and lighting strikes through late tomorrow. SK is in the heaviest rain path! Start & stop is not a helpful process in a game this big! :irked:

Would live to see game film and see how many times CC's #12 was open across the middle. Not from the area and watched what seemed to be an oversite.

Don't underestimate the defense that is left. Those 3 state experienced players held many good big and small players to very low numbers last year. They are short on the size side and need some players to move up and step up.

This may be a faster sleeker team than in the past. Defense is always an ACE. 3 returning players with extensive state experience. A little more size would be nice. Need to see who steps up and fills out the 5th - 6th spots.

The game time also changed about 3 times this week. First start 6:00 then moved to 5:00 than 5:30 and when Coop got there a little late, kickoff was a little before 6:00. There was also a soccer game scheduled immediatly after the game. In this event 8:00 min. was plenty. There wasn't really a lot Coop could do to keep score down and 10:00 min (running colck or not) would have made this a 100+ game.

Coop wasn't throwing the ball.

How green is the grass "really?" If hard work and no BS is a problem for a player, Nell, Dawn, and Stowers are not the people to be playing for. Oliverio coached with Nell so this will be interesting. I watched some summer ball and things didn't seem to be really clear. How green is the grass "really?" As an official at the HS level I can attest that no one is listening to you on the field of play. So much going on it is just static.
