My favorite thing to watch every year on TV. Remember when the only game televised was the championship on ABC Wide World of Sports. Seems like I turned it on in the last inning every year.

Watched the Georgia team beat the North Carolina team 17-0 and hit 8 Home Runs. I would not be surprised if they make it to Williamsport.

The team from KY is playing Indiana in the final Sat. with the winner going to Williamsport.

Logan County / Russellville (KY) won the Great Lakes title game 10-3 over Indiana and will head to the World Series. They started the tourney 1-2, then caught fire in the final 3 elimination games going 3-0 and punching their ticket to Williamsport!! CONGRATS!!!

How did they rank the teams and break the tie after pool play? I hit your link and saw that Ky. and 3 other teams were all tied at 2-2 after pool play. Only 3 of those teams could make it to the semi-finals. So somehow they ranked all the teams which put Ky. in as the 3rd place 2-2 team and the #4 seed in the semi-finals and eliminated Michigan, who was also 2-2. Do you know how they broke that tie?

Georgia is beating Iowa right now 11-3 while hitting 4 HR's. I watched them in Ceredo-Kenova , West Virginia and they were awesome.
