I will take Trimble, I can see a tough fought contest but TC has alot of weapons this year. They can spread it all around. Is their starting 5 all in and healthy? If so it's TC"s game, 60-53 my prediction.:thumb:

#5 Larry Sullivan Jr. Trimble County Raiders 5'10" 215 QB/RB/WR 118 carries for 1150+ This year alone This Young man would make an awesome RB for Purdue, IU, Kentucky even Louisville, needs just one more step of speed and he would be unbelievable. Problem here is that he did not recieve the publicity that guys like Duece and Teipel got, but any of the recruiting/coaching staffs from these schools would be foolish to not look closely at his rushing capabilities. He sees the field very well explodes thru the whole and never went down on the initial hit.He also rushed for 1150+ yards with no line and starting 7 yards deep 90% of the time. Give this kid Teipel or Duece's O line and he would have rushed for 2000+ with out a doubt. Someone should be sending his tapes to every D1 Coach in the Tri-State Area.Good luck to this young man in his future. :thumb:

Aaron Law of Trimble County can lead this team to Victory if utilized properly. He has a very strong supporting cast as well with Sullivan at Guard, Courtney at Center, Kidwell at Forward, and Cory Turner at Point. This could be the strongest team Trimble has had in years.

Whats happened to all the Trimble County faithful on here? This game tends to be a hard fought contest every year. I have been waiting for someone to bring this up, though it is very true that Football is a very violent and aggresive sport, I have to agree that one of the biggest contributing factors to the amount of injuries is directly related to the improper or lack of conditioning and preperation. Today's High School Coaches and I speak mostly of the New generation of Coaches spend little or no time at all thru the week stretching and conditioning their players because and I quote "it is a waiste of valuable time" They for some reason feel that the 15 to 30 minutes it takes to properly stretch the muscles and ligaments in our childrens or grandchildrens body is a waiste of their time. The additional 15 minutes it would take to condition our players would also cut into their "valuable time". It's funny to me we will take our teams to camps and run them to death, till they puke or almost pass out, for 3 to 4 days, but when we get home from camp we dont do anymore conditioning. So if your team seems to be injury prone take a look at their weekly practice routine and you may find your answer.:thumb: "On any given day any team can be beaten"

After having read most of the posts in this thread I just thought that I would put my 2 cents worth in. I was never a High School B-Ball Coach but my Son was a High School B-ball and D-1 College player I can tell you that he played Varsity ball his Freshman and Sophmore year, starting his Sophmore year and being one of the Leading scorers, shooting the highest FT % and having the highest FG % as well. He had the misfortune of being bussed to a different school his Junior and Senior year, here is where my point begins. All of the new players from other schools were made to run 100"suicides" 50 laps and 20 sets of bleachers then they had to shoot 100 freethrows none of them knowing that if they did not hit more than 50 of the freethrows all their efforts where pointless. Needless to say my son hit 89 of his 100 FT's exhausted, only 1 of the other 6 new players did so as well. Was this fair no, on top of all of this the returning players all sat and watched this whole thing, was this wrong, maybe. My son went on to start both his Jr and Sr seasons and lead this team as well and graduate to play College ball, I guess if you really want something you just do whatever it takes.:thumb: By the way did these 2 boys make the team or did they "quit".
