Yes they did not utilize the A11 and I am not sure why in this case, but minus a couple of Offensive mis-cues they looked fairly good, Deffensively they did well from what I saw. I think that New QB Sullivan is still not comfortable behind center, he looks like he would do better from a tailback position his decision making is not that of a QB and I am not sure but it looks like to me that he is being told who to throw to and is afraid to look off even when his DR is double covered several times he had 2 or 3 open Rec. and thru into double coverage. loosen up the reins and maybe you will find a leader underneath there somewhere. QB's should be taught to read the coverages anyway.I do understand that he is a Senior and you dont have much time but still an Athlete is an Athlete right. I think the Raiders are far better a Team than they have presented the last 3 weeks and they will bounce back.:thumb:

I guess you see now what I was saying it's just to different a pool of athletes from one area to another. But we will see in NOV. And I thought Danville had been gone 2 years now 3 this year and wasnt it always Danville and Frankfort in most cases 1 and 2 respectfully, thats all I was saying.

I see this being another hard fought game for TC, but I do see the edge going to Gallatin being at home but if Coach P sticks to what he actually practiced this week and utilizes the right players TC wins in a big way, TC's defense has to shut down the pass this week and GC's stud. 42 - 18 TC go Raiders

I personnally beleive after seeing Frankfort and Gallatin play and Trimble and Eminence play that the only 2 teams that should challenge Frankfort this year are Eminence and then Trimble they played each other tooth and nail penalties hurt Trimble eliminating 2 Touchdowns from TC score it will Be 1. Frankfort 2. Eminence 3. Trimble 4. Gallatin 5. Bracken See you in Nov.

They (Trimble ) did but so did Frankfort so did Gallatin so did ...... so what every year teams loose Seniors some more than others big deal I am sick of hearing all this they lost, I lost , we lost garbage. You all have players returning right so lets talk about that. 1. Frankfort -- they will win the District hands down no-one has the pool of Athletes they do.They have skated thru this district ever since Danville left.. 2. Trimble/Eminence -- These are the 2 teams that I see fighting it out this year all goes well, i.e. no injuries etc. to play Frankfort for the District Crown. This weeks contest TC/Eminence will be key in which of the 2 it will be... 3. Gallatin -- they have self destructed players coaches all of it.. 4. Bracken -- Really how much could they have improved same staff right..

TC wins this one if they forget about last weeks game and go out with a winning attitude Eminence does have a few speedsters but TC does to I see 38-21 TC should be exciting. I am sure Coach P will have a new wrinkle to throw at them. Go Raiders!!!!!

Looks like to me that it worked well for TC against weeker opponnents but it is useless against a talented team look at the stats for the Casey Co game and the Henry Co game no comparison. Henry shut all aspects of their offense down totally.

I am glad to see that you all took advantage of the 7 on 7 at Grant Co. looked real good for you. 7 on 7 does give those young QB's and WR's a chance to get "little things" down like TIMING. Good Luck this season sure to see a couple of your contests.:thumb:

I believe that Blanton is so rich in family tradition in HC that he will definitly be the starter on top of that he is a very nice looking QB mechanically sound, Fast and Strong, powerful arm, must run in his family.:thumb:

Yes lets not get stupid here and a far as the injury garbage I had a very good friend almost loose his leg because of a Helmet only work out and a DB lost his footing and My friend a WR took that DB's helmet to his thigh bursting a blood vessel and ending my friends career not to mention almost costing him his leg so there are arguments for both. I would prefer for the 7 0n 7 to be shorts, shirts and cleets only.:thumb:

Last season 9 Seniors,7 Juniors,7 Soph. and Oh my 15 Freshman so looks like if all stay till they are Seniors the 2011 Season you should be extremely Senior thick. And as far as a change they have a Senior QB returning and a Senior RB coming back 2 Senior REC's coming back and those 15 Freshman will be Sophmores so lets see what Coach does with this years Polar Bears.:thumb:

I beg to differ with you 7 on 7 is an excellent way to improve your QB to Rec. play and if you are a spread team or "West Coast O" this is one of the best things you can do for your team. Todays game is about putting more points on the board than your opponents, And what better way to do it than by "airing it out". these 7 on 7 clinics give "young" QB's a chance to work on timing and much more, so please give me a break "NO" anything that helps to improve your team is of benefit.It also gives your D backs a chance to work on coverages how in the world can this not help a "TEAM":thumb:

Never said it wasnt a great job just stating facts he is a talented Coach and sometimes Bigger $ and Bigger programs steal the Cream away from the crops so to speak.:thumb:

And as far as His credentials go I am very familiar with them and trusting Coach Poynter, I have never questioned his ability as a Head Coach as a matter of fact it is Amazing to me that you in Trimble County still have this man at the Helm you should all be very pleased that he has not accepted any of the much more lucrative and prestigous programs that he has been tempted with.:thumb:

That supports what I am trying to say, as a Coach and former QB 12 years worth it takes a certain type kid to make a good QB... I am not saying that Sullivan is not that type but all Coaches will agree that one key factor in being a good QB is EXPERIENCE at least your JV QB played 8 games behind center and from what I saw he even got a little time in 1 or 2 Varsity games and his father told me that he has played QB since he was 6 years old that my friend is called EXPERIENCE....:thumb:

My 1st choice would be Clay County - Zach Lewis but he is getting a new coach this season so we will see, 2nd choice South Laurel - Ricky Bowling smaller but tough kid, 3rd choice would be and I'm going way out on a limb here but I liked what I saw of him last year, with some weight added this year and given the same offensive attack Henry County - Hayden Yancey:thumb:

I would like to have seen a couple others like: Trimble maybe, Henry love to see Yancey, and a couple others but I'll see when I get up there.:thumb:
