I live off Mt. Zion and if Ryle was a right turn off the exit I would agree to avoid Mt. Zion. However, turning left and going to 42 is easy, I use it everyday. The Richwood exit traffic is always much more congested and backed up most of the time. Go Mt. Zion to 42

You have 5 official that have been selected to referee a third round playoff game and you think they missed such an easy call? All five of them!?! I understand being a homer but don't argue about rules you don't know and plays that you obviously didn't see. Support your team, make all the excuses you want for losing to Ryle twice with the final being a complete beatdown, but at least get your facts straight.

Yeah it's funny how people have looked at tape which they admit they had to rewind numerous times, we have still photos to sit and look at. We have people suggest to zoom in on the thumbs, we have some say the kid wasn't even hit, etc.....So imagine making this call in real time? As goaheadandjump stated it's a bang bang play. It's ludicrous to say "worst call in the history of high school football", or "the ref saw it but decided to make the wrong call anyway". Sour grapes and statements like the ones above discredit any discussion you may have. Good luck to all the teams in the playoffs!

So now it's a "mediocre" Highlands team? But I team many think will still win a state Championship. Also out of the last 38 games only one team has beat them, that being Ryle. Why are people now acting like this is nothing more than a win and not really a big deal at stopping the 3rd longest winning streak not in Kentucky but in the country!?!

So it would be okay to take a varsity spot and "deprive" the younger player who has been working all that time a chance to develop if the senior is a stud player? According to the discussion if he wanted to play, regardless of talent, he shouldn't play his senior year only?
