No doubt he has talent for just being a freshmen. If he grows and progresses, as he should, he will be a good one.

I didn't even consider JJ Jude in the discussion and neither has anyone else (except you) and I didn't intend to do so. Central's schedule may be the most impressive in the state and this isn't the first year that has been the case. Sorry that you read something into this that wasn't intended. I can see how you might go in that direction, but you would have to be looking for that to be the issue and that is not the discussion. I think JJ is a great RB for sure, no question there.

I saw the game last Friday....in 3 years PT and KB will have more much on field success than the Elite 11 will predict. They both have finesse and arm strength. I was very impressed with their speed and willingness to run the ball. This will be a good one to look back on.

Very impressive when you consider who Central plays year in and year out. Their schedule is tough every week and their accomplishments as a team are well documented also. It would be interesting to know the W-L record of Louisville Central opponents over Wales career.

The more I consider this game the more it becomes obvious Belfry will roll in this one. Garrard's program is headed in the right direction and appear to have a nice staff, but their growth has maxed out this year. If BHS doesnt overlook them and i dont see that happening....I think the stage is too big and BHS is too seasoned to let this one get away.

Would Boyle Co. consider their D coord?

I see this one as a long night for the Lions. Belfry will do what they want, when they want to. Margin could be 30+.

My guess is Booher will be challenged by the move. He is not in Kansas anymore.....

No doubt, he has been in some great programs and under some great head coaches. How many people get a chance to work with a Hatcher and O'Hearn? Also, some nice players at Hoptown. I would think he is a great choice for Pike Central.

I don't believe you are being honest with yourself. Dunbar has replaced football and baseball coach in just last few years. Some of the issues at Dunbar can't be discussed on here and shouldn't be. But Fayette Co. in general, does not support there sports programs like you might expect of a Lexington based program. And, Dunbar and Bryan Station are great examples. I also understand that you wont agree with these comments.

This would not be a good first HC job for Hundley. Griesser, while he would probably like to be closer to his home in G'town, is not going to go into a situation with poor support.

Rison is the best choice. However, Tackett probably deserves a shot.

The change is needed. You don't see the NCAA playing the final four in one day. I know this isn't the NCAA. Does anyone know when this format started? I know its been this way since the 70's.

He was quick to get to the scorers table. No way replay wasn't being reviewed. College officials have a backup with the replay...and that takes some pressure off them.

The key was the long rebound. The clock didn't start till Wall touched it. Rebound was straight to Cousins with an immediate put back. No way the trail official wasn't going to call it good on the court. Plus, he knew he had replay to back him up. If replay had been in play for FC they would have gotten right. Its a shame it isn't used. But without the replay with the clock inside the screen, it wont fix anything. We all pretty agree the call was missed. Like I said earlier...KWITCHABELLYAKIN

Technically, its a walk. But, live game action, last second play its got to obvious to get that call. Now, you are going to say the basket was obvious. Again, with replay it is obvious it was good. But live game action, no replay, that could have been missed easily. It was close to the human eye without replay. Instant replay, with the clock shown inside the screen, is the only way to fix this. HS cannot afford this and it won't happen anytime soon. Possibly in the state finals, but not at 16 regional locations. It won't happen. KWITCHABELLYAKIN
