Top N. Ky. Waterboy in 2012

No need to drag the "T" word into yet another NKY debate. We would rather just be quietly dominant in SOMETHING. :D
Is it true, what I heard? I heard that at Trinity, the boys don't walk on the lines to keep the players in water, they walk on water to keep the players in line.

Not to threadjack, but years ago I had one of those "humorous performance evaluations", with 1-5 ratings in different categories.

Under "how well does the employee respond to crisis situations", a rating of 5 was given for "walks on water in emergencies".

A rating of 1 was given for "passes water in emergencies."

Q: How many HHSHS (Highlands High School Hydration Squad) members does it take to hydrate the team during a timeout?

A: Three. One to perform the hydration, and two to check the latest national waterboy rankings.

But Cantrell will still have: our waterboys ranked third, Trinity ranked second, and Male ranked first; based on in-water-source competition.

Due to lack of numbers, I hear that next year the NKY Class A schools will combine the cheerleader and waterboy squads. At the beginning of the games, the waterboys are to form two lines, set their bottles on the ground, and link hands over their heads as the players pass underneath. Personally, I think it is all water under the bridge. I don't think Beechwood would agree with the plan anyway. Instead, they are showing litre-ship by making a gallon-ant effort to stay clear of the controversy and keep their heads above water.

Anyone else hear about the anonymous email sent to a local principal complaining about the head water man? Sad. Subject line read : "He's Watered It"

I'm sure you'll see it soon.

Anyone else sick of this six class system and what it is doing to our water boys? Now almost every water boy gets a playoff game, even if they've given water to a team with a losing record. Some have been on teams that didn't even win a single game! These water boys don't have to earn anything. This new system is just too watered down! We might as well give everyone a cup!

Would that be a RED SOLO CUP??????

You've got that right! There are some waterboys who didn't fill a water jug all year that still get into the playoffs!

The Democratic water boys are all upset with Sen. Paul as he wants to repeal the Clean Water Act. The Republican water boys are supporting Sen. Paul as they feel the CWA is just another needless federal regulation that increases the price of water. For the time being, Sen. Paul's bill to repeal the CWA has not been filed as he is still in the Nasville Airport trying to get past those satan-like TSA security folks. Oops. Wrong forum.

If you had only referenced Obama in this post we could have drawn cammando and RTS into this thread.

I heard that the Trinity water boys walked on water just to get to the team during a time out.

And Ace and Habib also.

Again with the Trinity? This is an NKY waterboy thread. :D Y'all leave our water boys out of it. :p

If anyone mentions the fact that Water boys can't lead a pre-game prayer Mt. Ref will be here ASAP.

When I attended the Highlands-Mason County playoff game in 2003, The HHS waterboys were very efficient in getting their pieces of water to the players. I've been impressed with them ever since.
