Maybe this should be in the Public vs Private forum but I find it very unfair that Private schools can offer "merit based" tuition assistance to attract better hydration specialist. I was told once that Trinity had hydration specialist from 20 counties how can the public schools compete with that level of thirst quenching?

I do feel bad for Scott. The Kenton County open pouring policy really makes it hard to keep top talent. SK and Dixie are getting some nice pourers from Taylor Mill.

Don't cry for Scott. They have this huge POOL advantage that no other NKY school has.........

in rain, sleet, or snow...with no shoes, whether they needed them or not....(shoes were so overrated back in the day)

My wife wanted to lend our St. Bernard to BW figuring the barrel he has around his neck will hold plenty of water for the team. I fought that idea tooth and nail. I am not ready to give up the bourbon he brings me every night in my reading chair.

Wait to you hear this! I just found out one of our parents (not sure which one, but I have an idea) wrote an anoymous letter to the coach and administration about what a bad job the coach was doing. It really has nothing to do with the quality of the water boy, just the fact that his boy was not getting to carry enough water. I hope the coach doesn't get run out and head to another school in the same county? I have a copy of the letter, but I'm not going to post it on here or tell anybody who I think wrote it.

Just got the news HHS waterboy skips season for Senior break.

The mountain schools will never have post-season success until they bring their offenses into this century. There's no way they can compete running the individual cup formation, which the NKY schools abandoned years ago in favor of the run & squirt. The run & squirt is only effective, however, with the latest in bottle technology, of which HHS has unfair access to through connections with former NFL players.

I just read where Dixie fans are up in arms because evidently their waterboys are excused from off season conditioning, and therefore not in shape. They are running out of water early in the second half of every game.
