Alabama 21 LSU 0

Not sure you can blame Krags, he is the QB coach. He stepped down as OC before start of the season.

Sure I can. Any offense he touches turns to garbage.

OT for LSU (#72 Hurst) was absolutely terrible. I think he had 3 penalties and missed obvious assignments on more than one occasion. Jefferson was playing scared all night - epitomized by pitching options WAY too early. 'Bama defense was so well prepared it was scary. Way to roll, Tide.

I agree with that. Did Jefferson ever try to run the ball on the option play? All I remember is him pitching it as the RB neared the sideline. There were a couple times where I thought Jefferson should have faked pitch and turned it upfield himself. There weren't big openings but he could have picked up 3-5 yards. I don't think he wanted to run for the tough yards.

I was at my son's high school basketball game so I only saw the second half. What I saw was just complete domination by Alabama. The Tide looked like the best team the first time that they met but their kicking game was a mess. Last night removed any doubt. Congrats Alabama fans.

Thanks man, means a lot, you have class. And thats a word I told my son this morning to show on the bus and at school. We here at the Bama household are so proud, and also shocked at the game as it transpired.

Congrats Larry! The best team won and earned it.

Even though I'm more of defensive guy that was one of the worst games I've ever watched. Alabama played chess to LSU's checkers, and then went really conservative when they go into FG range. LSU just plain played conservative. They changed nothing from the first game. I swear they are still throwing bubble screens.

I don't see how Lee couldn't have at least did what Jefferson did. Alabama did not have to respect the pass at all and simply dominated LSU. LSU spent too much time on Richardson, and Alabama used everyone else for an easy victory.

It's been reported that LSU is still stuck at the Superdome. Apparently, several Alabama fans painted a 50-yard line stripe in front of the team buses.

That's a good one...until Richardson's late TD, both teams may have been stuck had a goaline been painted across the parking lot...

Thanks man, very nice. I'm still can't believe it. Been watching ESPN all day. Except a buddy called me and ask to take me out to eat for a reward..."heck yeah" I said. I'll go again too. Anybody??? :idunno:

I will go to the Bama sites and use this one.
