What is your political affiliation?

 

Simple question. I'm curious to see just how BGP falls on the political spectrum.

Libertarian.

Registered Democrat that ends up voting Republican a lot. I vote for the person, not the party. My Dad told me to register as a Dem when I was younger, so I did. Means very little to me.

Although I am not opposed to torture of any kind, I am pro-choice and for the death penalty also. Despite favoring torture and the death penalty I am fundamentally a Democrat though I have voted for a few Republicans in my life, including for Bush to get a second term because I felt he deserved a chance to take another 4 years to accomplish his missions. I kind of wish all Presidential terms were 8 years. 4 years simply isn't enough in most cases.

I selected "Conservative" though there were probably four others I could have honestly chosen.

 

I'm a registered Republican, though there's a good chance that changes to Independent in the very near future. Very disillusioned & disappointed with the party as a whole. Have voted for Democrats at the Kentucky state Senate & House level, but not anything beyond that.
