April 10, 200917 yr I did enjoy Scott's time on the show personally, I agree though it definatley had to be him or Lil to go this week. Simlpy because this competition is getting tough and if you don't deliver week-in and week-out you may be gone. Adam has everything working right, whenever he takes the stage it is perfection, Danny is very talented and is starting to heat things up, along with Allison who has some mad skills vocally.(Especially for 16 years old) This is one of the better groups I have personally seen on the show. (I have watched it every year, just IMO of course). I believe all of them that was in the top 9 could possibly be successful career-wise, but the top 3 or 4 will be very succesful. I thought Scott was a class-act, but it was just not in the cards. This has been one of the best years for Idol.
April 10, 200917 yr I liked Scott a lot, he could sing pretty good and while he wasn't the best singer he stood out in other areas that the rest of the field could not. AI isn't all about voice, it is about performance, therefore, I felt Scott deserved 3-4 more weeks based on his creativity and skill on the instruments and vocal.

Could this just be a role? On another note, how is he allowed to perform on AI when all the other contestants with gigs and contracts were not allowed to continue because they had a label, what he has with his stage contract is much of the same.

I agree, he should not be there.
April 15, 200917 yr I would say LiL is gone this week. Adam and Allison are in a class by themselves.
April 15, 200917 yr As usual, Adam and Allison did great. I was quite impressed with Anoop this week too. For me, this was definitely his best performance.
