March 26, 200917 yr How is it derogatory to refer to him as the blind guy? I'm not making fun of his disability I'm just simply implying that is why he is on the show. It's the same as if someone said Megan was the "hot girl" and that's the only reason she is on the show. No difference. It seems people are a little thin skinned. I agree.
April 1, 200917 yr The one judge said it best and its exactly how I am. I can't wait each week to see what Adam Lambert is going to do. Dude can sing. However, he has a legit competitor in the guy from Arkansas (bad with remembering names) who did Bill Withers song tonight. Very strong. Scott absolutely ruined the classic Billy Joel song. I have no clue what the judges were talking about in their praise. I now have go dust off "The Stranger" album and get that college-music-major-trying-to-be-pop song out of my head. Dreadful.

April 1, 200917 yr Kris was excellent doing 'Ain't no sunshine'. Adam was once again on top of his game with a rework of 'Play that funky music'. Those were the top 2 of the night for me. Matt disappointed me as he was my favorite the past several weeks.

You hit the nail on the head. Just like the girl with the legs a couple of seasons ago, they usually hang around until about the top 6 or so.

April 8, 200917 yr I'm almost embarrassed FOR Scott. He HAS to go. Take Lil with him and I'm cool with the rest of them. However, if this is truly a competition its over. Adam is heads and shoulders above the rest.
April 8, 200917 yr I thought Scott did great. That being said, Adam's performance was absolutely stunning! I just sat there slack-jawed listening to him. Fantastic job, and the fact that Simon gave him a rare standing ovation, says it all. He and Gokey are the clear favorites. :thumb:
