March 20, 200917 yr I thought RT didn't look well. Anyone know if he is battling any kind of health issues? I thought the same thing. I've also noticed his songs have been on the radio more often the past two weeks here locally.
March 20, 200917 yr Jesse Tack from B105 in Cincinnati is the one that created the "duet" between Randy Travis and Carrie Underwood. He mixed it and it became a hit. Those two are now going to make an official recording.
March 26, 200917 yr I still can't stand Adam Lambert's "Oh gosh you mean I'm good? Oh gosh oh thank you" stuff, because he knows he is good, but WOW tonight was amazing. And he needs to do the no makeup look more often. Megan Corky or whatever is hideously horrible. And Lil Rounds blew it, because this could have been stand out for her. Oh and Matt Giraud was nice too.
March 26, 200917 yr How can a 16 yr old girl sing like she's 58 and been in blues bars her whole life?
March 26, 200917 yr I find your continued prejudice and belittling of the man who just happens to be blind to be quite disturbing. You may not like him, but to lean on the crutch that he is blind is pretty weak. If he gets voted off, or if he wins American Idol, it will have nothing whatsoever to do with his visual disability -- at least to the rest of America. And for the record, I don't think he's a very good singer either, but let's not dehumanize someone or objectify them just because they have a disability. He has a name -- let's give him the respect he deserves as a member of the human race. To be honest, I totally 100% agree with you.

He has a name -- let's give him the respect he deserves as a member of the human race. I wouldn't if he could sing at all. I don't refer to Ray Charles as the blind guy. If you are on a talent show such as American Idol there is going to be criticism. And it is my opinion that the ONLY reason he is still on the show is because he is blind. That isn't a prejudice...I think being blind shouldn't keep him from being on the show...just as being blind shouldn't be the only reason that he is on the show. A prejudice would be if I decided that I didn't like him because he was blind before I had even heard him. That is very far from the truth, I actually liked him quite a bit in the earlier rounds (mainly for his personality since the earlier rounds don't showcase "talent" as much), it wasn't until his lack of talent really surfaced that I started with the Blind Guy routine. And I am convinced that if he wasn't blind he would have been voted off weeks ago. It's not as much of a statement about him as the American public who votes for the guy solely because he is disabled. Sorry if it offends you, but it's not a prejudice, or a belittling of the guy. He is just in over his head and is sticking around because he is blind and for that reason only.

March 26, 200917 yr How can a 16 yr old girl sing like she's 58 and been in blues bars her whole life? She's certainly one of my favorites after last night!
March 26, 200917 yr I didn't think Sarver was as bad as they thought, and I didn't think Anoop was as good as they thought. I thought Anoop was boring.
March 26, 200917 yr If he gets voted off, or if he wins American Idol, it will have nothing whatsoever to do with his visual disability -- at least to the rest of America. . In any contest where the public votes the best is not always the last one standing. We saw that with Taylor Hicks. This guy Scott is absolutely getting votes because, at least in part, to his blindness. People vote with their hearts and/or with someone they "like" or identify with. Its no different than the skinny red-headed 17 year old crooner from a few years ago who had zero reason to be on the show yet the young girls kept voting for him. If Scott is not in the bottom 3 tonight it will prove that he is getting "sympathy" votes.
March 26, 200917 yr I thought the three best performances were from: 1. Adam 2. 16 yr. old girl 3. Matt The bottom Three: 1. Megan 2. The oil rig guy 3. Scott Probably safe: 1. Lil 2. Danny 3. Chris 4. Noop Dog

At 16, her voice is HUGE. She was by far the best female of the night.
