May 6, 200917 yr IMHO, Danny had the worse performance of the night. Adam was spectacular on 'Whole Lotta Love' Allison was solid on 'Cry Baby Cry' Chris was pretty good on 'Come Together' Danny was weak on 'Dream On' and it didn't fit him at all Based on last night, Danny would be going home. But looking at where they have been the past few weeks, it very well may be Chris. I have watched Idol off and on the past several years and IMHO, this is the best final 4 they have had on the show.

I agree. I think Allison should have been in the final two, but the fact that she has been in the bottom 2 or 3 several times before might indicate she didn’t have that big of fan base.

Then, Taylor Hicks won it all. It just goes to show you that your fan base goes a long way in this show. If people don't like you, no matter how good you are, you aren't going to win. Adam is the hands down favorite, but that doesn't mean he will win. It all depends on if people like him. I do, and I think he deserves to win, but after past AI shockers, it wouldn't suprise me if someone else walked away with it.
May 7, 200917 yr I cannot believe AI let Paula totally lip synch that "performance" last night! What a joke! Her voice never wavered, even singing upside down or running around the stage. Gwen Stefani sure didn't lip synch and neither did Daughtry.

I sat watching with my wife and we were discussing whether Paula was a better singer or judge!:ohbrother: We were amazed that she was brazen enough to lip sync on a live show where EVERYONE sings. Milli Vanilli is "singing" on next weeks show! It's very embarassing, IMO, that a judge for a singing competition has the nerve to perform during that competition and lip synch. Awful.
May 7, 200917 yr I agree. Even my 11 year old son looked at me and said "she's not really singing that is she?" He is not Mr. Observant so that means it was blatantly obvious!
