They did the segment on Danny and Kris back to back, went to a commercial, did something else after the commercial, then did the segment on Adam. I thought it was a little odd, but didn't think too much of it.

 

That is the first guest performer I have seen that openly supported one contestant over the others.

Unless the producers told her to wear the cape with Adam's name on it why should we have a problem with it? She can't express her opinion? Why would her opinion have any sway?

I feel like I have to break it down, when it is no big deal but bottom line is that any extra exposure on nay given performer is not want AI wants or promotes, it was bad taste and for Katie Perry fans, they may have jumped on her bandwagon and picked Adam too, slim chance but hey it was extra exposure and AI doesn't condone that.

Adam won't win. There are too many people on the "anybody but Adam" bandwagon. They never say that he's not a good singer. They just don't like him.

Adam won't win. There are too many people on the "anybody but Adam" bandwagon. They never say that he's not a good singer. They just don't like him.

 

I think that those who voted for Danny are much more likely to vote for Kris than Adam. I think even with the judges pretty much handing it to Adam and all the press pretty much doing the same, ... Kris pulls the upset as long as he performs well next week.

I think Kris is as well. I've been saying this to my family the past couple weeks. At this point, it doesn't REALLY matter if you win American Idol, because you will get a record deal and you will be given the opportunity to make it big. Now, it's just "cool" if you walk away with the title "American Idol", but I don't think it's a necessity, especially with how talented this top 4 was this season.
