Chuck Hayes....again

Hayes was one of my favorite Ky players..he gave 100% every night out...I'm glad to see him get his due for all his hard work!!!:thumb:

Not that it matters, but Juan Dixon is still in the league, and he would go under the role of role player. He was with the Blazers and I believe he just got traded to the Raptors.

Rondo had 2 points, 14 rebounds, and 6 assists last night... Not a bad effort.

Hayes had 12 points and 13 rebounds last night! But he also had 4 fouls in his 20 minutes of action.

He averages (rounding) 6 points and 6 rebounds this season but is OBVIOUSLY getting better!

 

NBA.com has him listed as 1 year experience, would that classify him and KA as both rookies this season?

KA averages 8 points and 3 rebounds and Chuck has 6 and 6. Both are floating around 20 minutes a game.

Nope... Rookies have an R for "Years Pro" while Hayes has a 1... And he played in 40 NBA games last season while Azubuike played in 0.

Chuck Hayes = HEART, you can't coach it, you can't teach it, but it is there. That is why he has been sucessful. If Chuck had been a Jr. or Sr. on this years UK team they would have had no more than 4-5 losses and would probably have made the Final 4. It would not be because of his talent but because of his HEART.
