If this is true, I hope he found employment before submitting his resignation. Without loads of data, correction plans that weren't met, etc. It would have been nearly impossible for Cooper to fire him considering he is a tenured teacher.

It's education in 2025 and he knows tons of educators. He'll be hired in minutes, if a spot isn't lined up already.

I don't know if the rumor is true or not and don't know anyone else enough to reach out and confirm ?

But, there is a teacher shortage currently. If he wants another job, he is going to find another job.

If they did, then that is a pretty smart move by Sully. I am sure he is making a little less to be the head basketball coach at St. Henry as compared to Cooper. The fact that Kenton County pays more than Boone County probably helps him to not really lose any money with the change in coaching positions. Plus, his wife is at Scott also, correct? Would sure make the commute to work that much easier.

His wife does work at Scott. They probably wouldn't commute together most of the year. She's a teacher and the volleyball coach (and a very good one, with 4 or 5 regional titles) in the fall, and he'd obviously need to attend St. Henry in the winter.
