Who is in line to be the next coach at CovCath?

Here are some example of being in better shape:

1. Recent State Champs

2. Beat Highlands 2 x in a row - builds team confidence for future games

3. Numbers increased in FB program

4. As of 3 weeks ago - a quality staff (being address presently)

5. Continued support (if not better support than past) because with each year comes new parents and more alumni!

6. Didnt they go back to traditional school colors?

Just a few here, I am having trouble understanding why some want to argue this. I guess you need to prove the program is in worse shape!

I dont even root for them - i just think they have a respectable program!

I heard a story, who knows if its true or not but its out there, that the candidate from Florida who has some times to NKY has a reference named Urban Meyer.

I heard the same story from a pizza delivery guy (truth). Go figure. This guy went to CCH for a couple of years and then went to school in Florida. He knew I supported CCH by a sign in my front yard.

Who is this gator?

Maybe the pizza guy is the new coach, being as how everybody is saying the job doesn't pay well. He is just supplementing his income until football season!:D

Rodenberg had ties to Urban Meyer.

Sounds like Kevin Bacon's in the running...

Duh, he has been for weeks. Those six degrees stretch really far in Park Hills.

JV did have a fair amount of juniors get action due to a strong SR class.

FROSH had a down year by recent CCH standards. It may be 3 years in a row now that HHS has "handled" the FROSH.

Yeah my nephew plays for the team he said JV had a very good year. They beat Highlands on a last second play just like the day before I heard. And they los to St. Xavier by a very small amount. They also beat teams like Beechwood, NCC, and Dixie. And some team from Indy I heard. I heard Frosh had a bad year, but I dont know the specifics. Most of the O was JR for JV, I think D was a little mixed of both. This JR class will carry the load this upcoming year.

If by Indy you mean Indiana, then yes the JV beat a team from Indiana. It was East Central in St. Leon, which is about 80 miles from Indianapolis and 30 miles from Park Hills. The score was 13 - 8 and was played in a driving rain storm. The Trojans are a very solid run oriented program who would do very well in NKY. Think Boone in the early 90s.

Tough call. I'd expect the O-line to be mainly Jrs next year with the exception of Andy Schulte. TE will probably be a SR. QB depends on style of offense. It could be JR Zach Isler or it could be a SR. No clue at WR. It depends on the coach's view of platooning. On D, I'd expect to see seniors with a mix of juniors.

Have they began interviews? Or did the blizzard set this back?

My money is on Wolfe.

I will take this bet!!
