There is no leading candidate, they have their man. We will just have to wait until they decide it's time. I like to see how many applications made it to the garbage can before they were even considered.

Your right, they chose the right guy last time if you wanted instant success. They will be carefull this time to make sure that this coach doesn't jump ship so quick when something better comes along for his or hers situation.

It sucks that he left. BUT I will say he left it in BETTER shape than when he entered the program. I think that is all you can ask from someone. I dont know if Roger Bacon is "better", but maybe the personal situation with family is "better".
