Why is this such a hush hush situation? It's not like they are a public school and have to post the job for a certain amt. of time.

Because it is being handled in a proffesional way unlike the Mason job where every applicant was made available to the world causing some problems including Elders coach who is a good guy. Why does everyone have to know who is applying. If I was applying for a job I sure would not want my present employer knowing I was out looking. Cov Cath administration from the the principal to the athletic director are good people doing this the right way.

I hope you are being sarcastic when you say this. You should be sending him there because of the education and environment, along with the athletics. They will be successful regardless of who they hire.

So you are going to base your sons education on how many wins the football program has?

 

Beechwood is a great school with or without mike yeagle. they have the community, leadership and tradition to keep it rolling with whoever takes over and they always will have great coaches. Coaches make kids great and kids make coaches great. Yeagle, Barre and Rash are all great coaches.

Did I really see an advertisement for a Head football coach opening at CCH in the "Odd and Ends" in the classified section in The Post on Friday? Are they doing this as a formality or do they really need to be looking in the classifieds for a Head coach of any sport. What's up with that?
