LittleRoyal
Of these 3 you have listed, With the game on the line and needing 2 points with 1.5 seconds left, I would fill good to have the ball in Chris Owens' hands. Same thing will probably happen to the King twins in Mt. Olivet, over the next few years. Unfortunately, kids in small schools don't get the exposure and alot of that is probably due to the lack of help on the bench. Wonder what all of the previously mentioned kids could become at a larger school?
notetaker
In my opinion Nick Anderson has a long way to go before he can be considered a consistent ball player. He seems to disappear at crucial times.
U Reach I Teach
I will agree about Nick Anderson being a good ball player, but however, I dont think he needs to be in the same breath as Chris Owens.

former panther
There is one thing that puts Chris in a category by himself, is that he could have chosen to play at Mason County and played in the State Tournament. He chose to stay where his brothers and sister played their careers at. Choosing faith, family, and tradition over personal glory. Sometimes you don't have to win a state championship or a Mr. Basketball to be considered a champion. If you look up the definition of champion, you will find a picture of Chris Owens. Big Daddy Bear
This has to be one of if not the best post I have seen on this site. Just because its so TRUE!!! Nothing but agreement here. Had the pleasure of watching Chris play several times this season. A class act as well as a heck of a ballplayer. I'd pick him for my team everytime.
