From what I understand is they drew St Pat for the first round game. When and where it will be I don't know as of yet.

Clay Krebs who is a Freshmen is the brother of Ty Krebs who is a senior this year. Brahm Hamilton who is the brother Brayde Hamilton who graduated last year. Dustin Staggs brother is an 8th grader but I am not sure if he is playing freshmen ball or not. I have not seen these boys play this year but here they are playing very well.

Mofford and Gray did not dress. Fraysure left the game early due to an injury and did not play the second half. The boys that did play made a run in the 3rd after a slow start but just could not close the gap and ran out of gas at the end. Congrats to Feming on keeping their composure and finishing the game strong.

A very big stretch, since most coaches want their starters to play defense as well as shot. Nothing against the players mentioned but I would could not see any of them starting let alone get much playing time at schools like Mason Co.

Just wanted to say it was not that the 3's for Bracken were not falling but they did not get many open looks. The defense played by A-Town kept them out of their open looks. Shawn White, Colton Fraysure, and Stephen Gibbs put the pressure on. And with Mofford in the middle Bracken had to work hard for what they got. If Augusta can play consitantly this year the wins will stack up. Just play smart no matter what the score board says.

Bracken played some good defense in this game. I know they forced alot of turnovers and kept the Bourbon from getting past half court most the game. Bracken moved the ball well I thought. Congrats to the Lady Bears and PK

Gray 2, J Kelsch 1 I heard Mitchell from Deming led the Devils with 24 points and played a heck of a game. And the King twins both hit double didgits just not sure what they had. It was a good game Augusta never led after their first four points but pulled within two points on a few occasions. First game of the year Rob and the boys from Atown will do ok.

I have been away from this site for awhile, I just wanted to say best of luck to one of the best young men I have seen come along in awhile. Class act all the way. Like stated earilier hard work does pay off. I know there are alot of younger kids that looked up to Shooty for just that fact. Just please work on them Free Throws :thumb:

Coach Shultz is gone lets move on. Should Coach Kelsch be tops on the list of names for a replacement, yes. Is there better more qualified Coaches out there, maybe. To say that the Mike Appleman and Molly Shultz situations are simular. I am not too sure. It could be a case of only getting one side of the story. I for one don't know the full story of why they were let go but like I said lets move on. This needs to be about who is best for these young Ladies.

When I was in school our Practice Gym was he school cafeteria and a stairwell. Would get to use the weight room some and run on the track if the weather permitted. The gym was always used by the B-ball teams and winter track team. There is always a way to make due. Unlike my brothers High School they had their own complete Gym just for the Wrestling team.

After what I have seen from this team the last two years at Rupp. If they stick togther as a core and develop a few key reserves they can take it all next year. Good luck. Love the small schools.

I have also heard some of the negitives about this young man but did not see many of them this year. He played a heck of a game in the finals. Great job. I have heard alot about players being possible walk ons for UK out there. I would take Middleton hands down.
