Wow,Its been a great and fun ride this year these guys are so special to all the community here in Maysville and we wouldn't trade this title for anything.Thanks guys for a special season.I'm glad to be back home after a great week of basketball in Lexington.Mason County Royals you proved you are the best this state had to offer this year and congrats on that.Its been an emotional 24 hours if your a Royal fan but in the end its been great, Again thanks for a wonderful ride and hopefully we can try to do it again next year as theres lots of talent coming back.:dancingpa:dancingpa

Thanks for posting the pics, I was too darn tired after being in Lexington for 15 hours Saturday to make it out to the Fieldhouse.

 

BUT I'm already counting the days til November when we can start the ride all over again.

 

So proud of the coaching staff and the kids, not many schools have ever won the state title more than once, Mason Co is now on that list. :thumb:

They got a fire and police escort along with several people at the county line that took them downtown and back to the Fieldhouse for todays celebration.They got an invite to Tomms. live world premiere screening of Leatherheads right here in Maysville on Monday March 24 at 7PM at the Washington Opera house.They will get to meet George Clooney and Renee Zellweger stars of the movie along with several other top Hollywood celebrities in Maysville for the screening.Not sure on a parade at this time as it is a busy week in Maysville this week with the Clooney movie and ex President Bill Clinton in town on Tuesday.
